Weedlinks — Chemical Records & Plant Identification
A full-stack, offline-first platform for chemical records and plant species identification in bushland and environmental asset management.
Built for Naturelinks through Shinrinyoku Tech, where I am architect and full-stack developer, Weedlinks is a full-stack, offline-first mobile platform for herbicide and chemical-record management in bushland and environmental asset management: a React Native (Expo) app backed by three Python FastAPI microservices and a Supabase/PostgreSQL data layer, with enterprise authentication via Keycloak SSO and a license-management system supporting subscription tiers. Deployed via Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD, with Traefik handling SSL termination and MinIO providing object storage.

Naturelinks — AI Agents & Data Analytics Pipeline
AI agents and a Python analytics pipeline that lifted project execution efficiency 30% within 6 months for Naturelinks' Melbourne Water engagement.
For Naturelinks, I designed and deployed AI agents using n8n to automate administrative tasks in asset and project management, and built a Python-based data analytics and forecasting pipeline with interactive Apache Superset dashboards — together delivering a 30% increase in project execution efficiency within 6 months for Naturelinks' work with Melbourne Water. This sits alongside two supporting integrations for the same client relationship: Waterlink, a Microsoft Power Platform app enabling data flow between Melbourne Water and Naturelinks, and a Maximo (IBM asset management) integration that keeps asset and project data consistent across both organisations.

ABASTIBLE — Multinational Migration & Cloud Architecture
Owned migration and cutover across four countries — servers, databases, and SAP — in six months, then spent three years designing the architecture and Kubernetes platform that followed.
At ABASTIBLE — one of Latin America's largest gas distributors — I owned migration and cutover on a multinational IT transformation spanning Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia. I planned and executed the migration end to end in six months: 120 servers, 32 systems, and 23 branch offices serving 900 users, including the SAP migration itself. Cutover complete, the next three years were architectural — designing the target systems, the architecture strategy, and the Kubernetes platform across all four countries.

Rafael — Personal AI Orchestrator
A self-hosted AI assistant that runs my own life-management system — n8n orchestration, Telegram as the front door, Postgres for long-term memory.
Rafael is a personal AI orchestrator I built and run on my own infrastructure: n8n handles orchestration, Telegram is the entry point, and a local Postgres instance holds memory across sessions. It sits behind my own PARA vault and task system — proof that the AI-agent patterns I ship for clients hold up when I'm the one depending on them daily.

The Infrastructure Behind This Site
A self-hosted home lab — Proxmox, Traefik, Cloudflare Tunnels, split-horizon DNS — running every clab, Unstuck, and SYT surface, including the page you're on right now.
Every brand I run — clab, Unstuck, Shinrinyoku Tech — lives on infrastructure I built and operate myself: Proxmox for virtualisation, Traefik for ingress, Cloudflare Tunnels instead of exposed ports, bind9 for internal split-horizon DNS, and DNSControl to keep it declarative. This portfolio is served by that stack — what you're looking at is running on it right now.

The Unstuck Method
A productivity method for LATAM professionals, built from my own system: ClickUp and Obsidian sharing one tag taxonomy, organised into seven pillars.
The Unstuck Method productizes my own Command Central system — an Action Hub (ClickUp) and Knowledge Hub (Obsidian) sharing one tag taxonomy — into seven methodology pillars: Ikigai, GTD, PARA, Kaizen, Agile, Scrum, and PMO. Built for LATAM professionals who are busy, not lazy.
